HANDSKIT Warranty Policy

At HANDSKIT, we understand that reliable tools are essential to your creativity and repair work. Since our founding in 2017, we have consistently upheld the brand philosophy of "High Performance, Intelligence, and User-Centric Design." To protect the rights of our global users, we provide the following professional warranty support.

1. Exclusive One-Year Free Replacement

To minimize your downtime, HANDSKIT offers an industry-leading after-sales solution:

● Core Term: Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the product experiences a performance or quality failure not caused by human error, we will provide a free replacement with a new unit of the same or equivalent model, eliminating the need for lengthy factory repairs.

● Frequency Limit: To ensure fair distribution of service resources, the free replacement service is limited to one (1) time per product order per year.

● Warranty Continuity: The warranty period for the replacement unit is based on the original purchase date and will not be reset or extended due to the replacement.

2. What is Covered

This policy applies to all HANDSKIT product lines, including but not limited to:

● Intelligent Soldering Station Series (e.g., S600): Covers the main control board circuitry, digital display screen, and internal power modules.

● Digital Display Soldering Iron Series (90W/100W/200W): Covers the temperature control circuit system.

● Testing & Measurement Tools: Covers the multimeter main control chipset, display screen, and fundamental measurement accuracy failures.

● Heat Gun Series: Covers the blower motor and temperature control system.

3. What is NOT Covered

The following conditions do not qualify for free replacement or warranty service:

Consumable Parts: Soldering tips, heating elements, solder wire, rosin, desoldering pump nozzles, multimeter test leads, tweezers, and other parts subject to wear and tear during normal use.

● Accidental & Environmental Damage: Damage caused by drops, liquid immersion, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or the use of non-original accessories.

Improper Operation: Damage caused by failing to meet the voltage requirements specified in the manual (e.g., connecting a device to a non-compatible 110V/220V power source) or burnouts caused by external short circuits.

● Unauthorized Channels: Products without a valid proof of purchase or purchased from unauthorized second-hand platforms.

4. How to Claim Warranty

If your tool experiences a suspected fault, please follow these steps:

● Contact Support: Prepare your Order Number and contact us via the official website support portal or our after-sales email.

Fault Confirmation: Provide clear photos or a short video of the fault so our engineers can perform a remote preliminary diagnosis.

● Rapid Replacement: Once the warranty condition is confirmed, we will arrange for a new unit to be shipped to your provided address.

5. Limitation of Liability

HANDSKIT's liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the product itself. HANDSKIT shall not be held legally liable for any indirect losses resulting from product failure, including but not limited to production delays, loss of business profits, or damage to other associated equipment.
